A snow themed post in the midst of a British summer…?
I am afraid so. It’s been a while since I have had to deal with those joyous Arctic like conditions; Sri Lanka doesn’t much like seasonal change. One year in to my stay in the tropics and it’s pretty much been face melting, melanoma inducing sunshine all the way. Now don’t get me wrong, this isn’t a complaint about the weather (even though that would be terribly British of me), more of a homage to those long winter months that I ever so strangely, seem to be missing right now. And now for the music…
Nordic chums Fenomenon and Butti 49 put their heads together for probably both their best work to date (Fenomenon’s early Nuphonic releases are also worth checking) . Released back in 2003, this is a much overlooked boogie/disco workout that was put out on the Norwegian Hi Fi Terapi record label.
