after a cracking night’s sleep i woke up bright-eyed, bushy-tailed and inexplicably humming the beach boys’ ‘sloop john b‘. since then i’ve been busting-out the housework to the prime slice of coke-rock that is stevie nicks’ ‘bella donna’ (bought for ‘edge of seventeen‘ after a mountain of one but i have to say that the title track’s been doing something special to me).
what can i say; i got out of bed on the right side and everything’s smelling of roses in stevo’s world (i don’t even think a chance encounter with keith allen and chris moyles could annoy me today - i know!) and i thought it was definitely worth documenting this most rare of occasions.
don’t worry, it won’t last.
