something super quick today, while i sit in a manchester bar waiting to meet a client (ah the wonders of wi-fi!) … this is the b-side of a 12″ from late last year by the largely unknown japanese two-piece metalchicks, and is a piece of baldelli inspired super-slow kosmiche brilliance. fans of lindstrom or brennan green will be wondering how they missed this one! catch up and get it here.
among the many strange things that happened this weekend - trying to sleep in a cold car with a bff contributor, and meeting james murphy after the lcd gig. good gossip and pictures to come (of mr murphy obviously, not me and mark trying to sleep in the car).

A very nice melding of styles and sounds. They’re keepers for sure. I don’t know how went undiscovered… And you should love them if for no other reason other than their self-description of “alternative/disco house/metal” over at myspace.
